Stopped there while driving on a cross country move. Found the rooms to be a bit small but the hospitality made up for it. Free customer appreciation Happy Hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saloon is a nice place to stop for a drink and the free breafast is in a nice sit down style, not just a continental buffet like... more

We were very pleased with our stay at the Outlaw Inn. It's an older property, but has many things going for it. You know how many rooms in hotels and motels smell of deodorizer -- my wife commented almost immediately that the sheets smelled "fresh and clean", and the room had no telltale odor at all. We had a first... more

Arrived at the hotel with no booking , sought it out after good comments on Tripadvisor. Got a good rate ($71 with tax) same as quoted on the internet. Receptionist very friendly From the outside the hotel does not look anything special. Had a really pleasant surprise when we went to our room only a few yards from the indoor... more

We stayed here for one night on an extended road trip from Colorado to Washington state. The rooms surround the pool area, as others mentioned, but we liked that. We were on the second floor, heard no noise, and slept very well. The staff was very friendly. We opted out of the restaurant for dinner but had room service for... more

We stayed one night in July 2008. The motel is easy to get to, very clean and has an indoor pool. All rooms face the interior courtyard. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast at the on-site restaurant and it was very good. Overall I would rate it as a good experience. more

I stayed at the Outlaw on a business trip to the oil field. At first glance I thought oh no its a 70's style hotel that is probably stuck in the 70's. Once I got inside to the front desk I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is very rustic with big leather couches and one computer terminal (hey its wyoming... more

We stayed here in September of 2006 and twice in September of 2007 (on our way to/from western National Parks). Each time we had a ground floor room facing the parking lot which made it very easy to unload and load luggage. The rooms here were much smaller than what you would find at a Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield... more

We were shocked how hard it was to find a room for the night in Rock Springs. We felt lucky to get this one, but if I would of know I would of tried Green River first. They staff was very nice and our room was very clean. I guess we are all just used to the new Hampton Inns,... more

The check-in was terrible as the girl was rude and helpless. The hotel has nothing special and seems like a kind of highway motel. It as a good enough pool which is strangely placed inside the building, between the rooms so when you exit your room you're in front of the pool. We thought that the area around the hotel... more

En route from central Wyoming back to Salt Lake City, we stopped in Rock Springs (very convenient to I-80) at the Best Western Outlaw Inn. What a pleasant surprise! Clean comfortable rooms overlook an indoor naturally lit atrium that houses a heated pool. The atrium also provides easy access to the hotel's restaurant. Other guests were pleasant as well -... more
