very clean an mostly quiet, courteous staff. has an amazing view of mountains. if you have a disability as my spouse does we felt it was very accessible and you don't always find that to be true to advertising in hotels

From check-in to check-out the front desk staff were professional, personable and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Housekeeping left me a hand written note thanking me for my stay and if there was anything they could do to make it better. Obviously the staff regardless of function take pride in their hotel.

2 night stay during big soccer tournament and the rates showed it. Love the gouging...Thanks. Never got housekeeping to come since we occupied the room from 10am-12:30pm. Informed the manager and got no response except offering new towels. Breakfast bar was average for a $90 night, not for a $180/night. New facility was good enough though.

The Friendly staff welcomed us and the we found the room to be clean to view but smelled a little musty. Maybe this particular room hadn't been used for awhile. We love Hamptons and generally enjoy our visits. We know what to expect and that is a good night's sleep in a comfortable room. This stay was an exception for sure. All night long we could hear through the uninsulated walls someone talking or the noise of the TV/radio. Very unpleasant experience and we would not stay at this hotel... More

I was not impressed when considering I paid 149.00 per night. was not greeted as though my business was appreciated. room was not cleaned very well after my 1st night stay, garbages were not emptied and it didn't look as though carpets were vacuumed. walls must be paper thin as I could hear the baby in the next room crying... Very clean, modern facility. Staff was pleasant and very helpful with our leaving an iPad mistakenly behind upon checkout. They promptly contacted us and made arrangements for it's return by FedEx to our home.

Very clean, well decorated room. Great location. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was your usual free hotel breakfast, with the turkey sausage being very good. It was a very nice experience.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Interstate 25, yet far enough away that you don't hear highway noise. However, if you intend to use your computer for their in-room access for fun or business, buyer beware and choose another....their internet is satellite and very slow,...I mean dirt slow, almost like 19.2K used to be by painting part of the screen...
