We needs two handicapped rooms on short notice due to a change in plans. Staff was most accommodating, parking was convenient, rooms were comfortable, roomy and the bath was luxurious! We would recommend this site and would stay here again.

This Best Western is a bit atypical. It caters to tour busses and actually is set up well for that. We were traveling from Arizona. When we arrived, there was construction at the hotel, but it was not a issue because the crew left soon after. The room was clean, and the front desk service was okay. We had dinner in the restaurant . The food was good and the service excellent . We stay again.

I loved my time at the Best Western in Sheridan. The made-to-order breakfast was great, by far the best complimentary breakfast I've had. The hotel is clean, nicely-furnished with on-site food and drinks. It's also right in historic downtown Sheridan, so is an easy walk to most anywhere. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
