Super clean and very close to Hot Springs State Park! 2 bedrooms suites are great for 2 couples or a family! Nice people at front desk and very friendly and informitive! It's overpriced. There is no temperature control. There are at least five signs telling you what you can't do. The room is ugly. Other than that, I liked it. more

It's definitely quirky. We liked that we could have two bedrooms for the price of a small place in a chain hotel. Sure it's old, but it's kind of neat that way. The linens were clean. The towels were clean. It's run by a guy and his wife, and honestly they keep it cleaner than I keep my own house.... more
