The Crescent H Ranch, COULD be a great place to stay. And here are the BUTs; there were many miscommunications between my reservation and my arrival. The rooms/cabins need to be more upscale to allow for the pricing. The webiste offers no hint as to what a room/cabin really looks like within. It would be nice to see all of the rooms/cabins and their layouts on the website or at least in a brochure.
The check in is a process is lengthy and tiresome.
I would suggest an in room/cabin amenities book avoid the long check in at the double wide they call an office.
They try to cover too many things when I checked in and all I wanted to do was to get to my room/cabin.
The rooms/cabins are okay, the bathrooms need better lighting. There were some broken knobs in my room/cabin.
