We loved our stay at Waipio Rim. I can't say enough about Steve and Nancy's B & B. The location is secluded, except at night, when the frogs sing and put your to sleep - a treat for us! Breakfast was the best we have ever had at a B & B and there is nothing like eating a great... More

Steve and Nancy's b&b was my husband and I's second stop on our honeymoon. We love, love loved it! This place really is like no other we've stayed before. The room itself is so cute and fashionably furnished, screened windows and porch door so you could leave the glass open the whle time if you want, which we did! Sleeping... More

This was the first place we stayed on our honeymoon, which in some ways was regrettable because none of the other places we stayed on our honeymoon lived up to Waipio Rim B&B. Pros: Beautiful, lush and relatively secluded. Unlike some B&B's you have the privacy of having a whole house to yourself. Just check out the pictures on their... More

Many hotels or B&Bs are known for having either great views, great food or great service -- Waipio Rim is one of those very few places that provides all three! The View - As many have observed, the view of the cliff and valley from the room, bathroom and lanai is simply stunning. You never tire of it and it... More

We stayed at Waipio Rim back in mid-Feb this year and had THE BEST time. Steve & Nancy are amazing hosts. Besides the most delicious breakfasts they make, one afternoon during some rain, they even brought some homemade hot chocolate up to our room!! It's these kinds of details that really wowed us. Overall, we were truly delighted with our... More

Want to get away from it all. Stay here! Right on the rim of the wonderful Waipio valley, an exciting but safe driveway leads to a stunning view of the valley. The valley has one of the nicer black sand beaches we saw in Hawaii. Breakfasts were wonderful. Steve and Nancy were great hosts.

We always stay 'off the beaten path' and this was exactly that. What a beautiful place to unwind and explore - and close enough to enjoy horseback riding, tropical gardens, ziplining, boat ride to the volcano and much more. Steve and Nancy were incredible hosts and the breakfasts were wonderful. The view was AMAZING - even from the bathroom. We... More

Wow! What a relaxing experience. As someone who is continually stressed by traffic and everyday life, staying at the end of the road nine miles from a quaint town with no traffic signals.....well, just a piece of heaven. Steve and Nancy were the best. Always available but you hardly knew they were just next door. And breakfast.....oh, they were so... More

We travelled many many places in the world. This Waipio Rim B&B is one of the best rooms in the world. We are fully relaxed by the tranqil enviroment and the magnificent view of Waipio Valley. Also Nancy's food ("poi" with delicate Wasabi and Coconut) and the breakfast (waffle with sweet banana and slightly sour star fruit comibination was superb)... More

Our vacation stay at the Waipio Rim B&B was WONDERFUL! The views, the accommodations and the food! We got away from the stress of daily life, walked a lot and just plain enjoyed ourselves. Not your typical Hawaiian tourist accommodation - rather, a warm homey, peaceful location - off the beaten track. Steve and Nancy are the best of hosts... More
