Most unfair. This review is a stunning mischaracterization. We thought this was a lovely family with beautiful children. The wife said she knew the island and our area. But, she was well informed by us nevertheless. At the inquiry stage, a full orientation was included with our offer for her consideration and decision *prior* to booking...that's 6 pages with everything...
