We stayed in the cottage at Mana Ranch for two nights. It has a kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, hot plate, sink, coffee maker - no stove or oven), combined living/dining room, bedroom with queen size bed and a loft suitable for big kids (the stairs are steep), or a trundle day bed in the living room for two. It is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. We are a family of four with two teens, and the kids also loved the three dogs and horses that live on the property. There was also an outdoor patio, but it was rainy and cool while we were there. This is the wet side of Waimea, so I think rain and fog can be expected, however the dry, sun is just a few minutes away. I think the other two rooms are located adjacent to the main house and may include breakfast. We just fixed our own breakfast.This spot is also listed on VRBO and you can see some photos there. Nice couple live there who offered us boogie boards, snorkeling gear, etc. during our stay.
