My family of 5 had an excellent stay at the Huanani House. This was our second visit! The lodge is clean, well kept, and nicely furnished. It was very comfortable and a convenient to the beautiful Volcano National Park. The equipped kitchen and washer drier were very helpful! more
Stayed at the Haunani House (Hale Haunani) in Volcano Village for 2 nights at the end of a weeks stay on Oahu and the Big Island. We were lucky to have 3 wonderful accomodations during our trip (all due to positive TA reviews). The Maid's Quarters price in 2009 is $130/night. The German's who wrote this review must have been confused with the conversion rate. In 2005 when the review was written, the price of The Maid's Quarters was $115/night.

We stayed at the Haunani House in Volcano village and loved it! Its no ordinary place: Its a bright, cheerful, comfortable place to hide- in complete privacy and spaciousness - surrounded by a garden, with woods on one side and a fence that hides you from the neighboring house on the other.
