Agree with other reviews: GREAT location (quick walk to Hanalei Beach; close to Hanalei; easy drive to other great beaches & hiking). Way too many rules, making it not very warm, hospitable, or welcoming. Beautiful Location, the most beautiful of our two week stay around the Hawaiin Islands. We just returned from a week at Bed, Breakfast and Beach and it was wonderful. Some advice for anyone staying at this place: Don't make a k-turn in the neighbor's driveway. Don't let your luggage hit the stairs on the way up.
