Oct 14th-Oct 19th, 2004 stayed for the first time in a rental and have fallen in love! Absolutely great prices, privacy, clean- we literally had our own apartment for 5 days. I cannot say enough about South Shore Vista. The view of the sunrise every morning from the huge windows in our dining room, the back deck and coffee in our own private deck area overlooking Poipu and the owners' beautiful garden. The television with DVD player for a quiet rained in afternoon, the separate bedroom with mirrored closet doors. The softest sheets and quilt on the bed, the lambskin rug in the living room, the welcome basket of fruit, the whole expierience was fantastic and a huge plus was that by day 2 we really felt like "locals". I truely will not go back to hotels if given the choice and South Shore Vista has hospitality down to a science! I would reccomend this to anyone going to Kauai and wanting a real feel for the island!!!
