Clean rooms, air conditioning, apt size refrigerator, TV with Cable and remote, pool right outside. It is right on the beach, handy walking path along the surf. Check-in is easy under the covered entrance. Easy access to main highway going through Kapa'a.

Two out of the three wings were being rebuilt. The lobby was awful. The beds were hard. There was only luke warm water in the shower. The swimming pool was tiny. The beach was littered with rocks and sticks. The waves were micro. The parking was hard to get out of.
