My husband & I visited Kauai for the first time since 97. It was also our first time at the Kauai Coast Resort. We had a very comfortable 2 bedroom unit in the Canoe tower. Excellent resort/timeshare. We stayed from April 19/09 to May 3/09 and enjoyed every minute. The rooms were very nicely, decorated, laid out and maintained. Just left the Beachboy today completing my 4th stay there and my 5th trip to Kauai. The hotel's location, amenities and pleasant staff keep me coming back year after year. In addition to the above they added free wifi in the rooms this year (previously $9.99 / day) for added value. The reception staff is the best on the island.... more

We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful hotel. It had a nice restaurant on property. The pool was unique and large and there was also a hot tub. Both were within about 50 yards from the ocean. It had a bar/snack shop at the pool with daily happy hour specials. There was a hammock that also bordered the hotel property... more

This was our 4th visit to Kauai and the first time we have stayed on the central eastern shore. This area proved very convenient for exploring not only the areas around Kapaa and Lihue but we were pretty much in-between the north and south. Our first trip to Kauai (and our honeymoon). We absolutely loved the Kauai Coast Resort. It was clean, beautiful Hawaiian style furnishings, great view of the ocean and quiet. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and palm trees from our room. You could hear the ocean waves while falling asleep. Just a dream come true to see and feel this beautiful island.
