Islander on the Beach is conveniently located in Kapaa on the east coast of Kauai. Accommodations are very basic and not particularly nice. Some recent renovations have been completed. However, the money would have been better spent by skipping the granite counters in the kitchenette and bath in favor of better mattresses and new bath towels. Those items as well... more
