My wife and I traveled to Kauai in May 2013. 5 years ago we stayed in Maui for a week. We went on to Oahu after our time here. Kauai and this Inn is where we want to come back to. My body just relaxed when I sat on the deck and looked out at the scenery. Kauai is not... More

My husband and I took a week vacation and stayed here at Marjorie's Inn. We arrived in the afternoon and have to admit that when we first got there were actually weren't sure about the place. I really seemed like someone's home. Fred and Veronica met us in the driveway with smiling faces and showed us around the property. We... More

Mike and Alexis have a very nice home on a hillside in the Lawai Valley. Breakfast is a real treat and the price is right. Although it is several miles to the nearest beach they supply everything you need for a day's outing from their well-stocked garage. It was truly a home away from home.

Marjorie's Kauai Inn is one of the nicest bed and breakfast inns we're ever stayed in! Alexis and Mike have a beautiful place and the view from the bedroom porch is spectacular! We saw a rainbow right there in the valley 2 mornings we were there! The breakfast was fantastic and we had lots of good advise as to what... More

Marjorie's Kauai B&B is an excellent value and a great alternative to the high priced luxury hotels. Tucked away in a hillside neighborhood, Marjorie's offers beautiful views and a convenient location. Breakfast each day was healthy and varied. Always a selection of fruits and breads, yogurt, granola and, of course, juice and coffee, each morning also featured one hot item... More

We are grateful to have spent an amazing 10 days here in Feb/March 2013! Alexis and Mike, our warm Inn Keepers, know how to put the breakfast in 'bed and breakfast.' We started each day with delicious and varied food choices, which included fresh squeezed juices and restaurant quality hot offerings in addition to cold items (fabulous granola, fresh tropical... We were thrilled to have spent six days here in mid-February, 2013. It's a magnificent setting, with spectacular, tranquil views which several times included full rainbows during breakfast. The entire place, inside and out, is comfortable and lovely. We stayed in the Sunset View suite which was spacious, with an extremely nice hot tub on the lanai. Our host, Mike,... More

We, too, spent 4 nights at Marjorie's in Februray, 2013, and had a terrific stay. Gary and Luanne, the Inn Sitters, were welcoming, warm and perfect hosts--meaning helpful but not hovering. Our room was nicely furnished and had a small kitchenette, which was so helpful, since we packed a lunch every day and headed out to the trail or the... More

We just spent 4 days at Marjorie's Kauai Inn this January. The Guest Inn Sitters were Luanne and Gary who were absolutely great in making our first visit to Hawaii a wonderful experience. They were warm, welcoming and most of all fun to be with. This will be the B&B that we will measure all future (and past for that... More

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon in October, 2011. Best experience of our trip! We spent 8 days prior on O'ahu, but it doesn't compare to the natural beauty and relaxation of Kaua'i. Mike, the Innkeeper was fantastic and very helpful with activities. The breakfasts were amazing with local fruits, granola and the menu... More
