Stayed 6 nights, paid a high rate for an ocean side room. Although the view was great the room itself was average & in need of updating, painting, etc. Found a cockroach on the floor & ants on the nightstand. Kauai is so romantic and the perfect place to stay is the Sheraton. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room upon arrival and the staff here is superb! (Dawn, you rock!)
