We were here for 3 nights before moving to Kauai Beach Villas. I do wish we were here for a week rather than 3 days. The only complaint I had was check-in. You have to go to another Wyndam Resort and my as luck would have it, there were 2 buses waiting to take people to a luau, so I’m... more

We called this place the anthill because it has units packed together with kids swarming all over. The pool is too small for a resort that has no beach and so many condos. There were only 4 BBQ grills for all these people and one of them did not work. We awoke the first day to find thousands of little... more

We are Wyndham Owners and stayed here in June,09 in a 2 Bedroom Presidential. My biggest complaint is No airconditioning in the units. It felt like you could never get out of the heat and humidity. Also, with the noisy roosters and continuous lawn maintenance you could never shut your windows and doors to get rid of the noise. If... more

I just returned from Kauai yesterday after a one week family vacation. Kauai is a beautiful island and we look forward to returning. That being said, we will NEVER stay at the Bali Hai Villas. I would rate this as the low point of our vacation. To keep this simple, the Bali Hai team lacks professionalism and apparently could care... more

We staying in room 1626...either a new or refurbished two bedroom unit. Furniture, appliances, etc. were all new...beautiful room. We thought we'd have a problem without air conditioning, but opening all the windows and running the many fans made the room comfortable. Roosters crowing? Yes! I think we were fortunate in that the roosters didn't crow in our area of... more

As stated in other reviews, this property is very beautiful and clean and it was a great value. Unfortunately, it was so darn noisy it DID very much ruin a part of my vacation. Everyone's windows are open... no air conditioning... only fans and trade winds. Expect to hear conversations, music playing, dishes clanging, car horns, garbage trucks, etc. Had... more

Just returned from Kauai and spent time at Wyndham's Bali Hai in Princeville. When staying... be sure to request suites in the Presidential units...the two bedroom was exceptional. Yes...they're in the process of restructuring and upgrading...new pool, fitness center, and a restaurant. Roosters make some noise, but if you're going to stay in your condo all day...don't go. A little... more

Very nice stay in Princeville on Kauai! Very nice location. We booked a 1 bedroom, which was very hard to get. Most of the resort rooms are 2 and 3 bedrooms. All of the newer buildings only have 2 and 3 bedroom units. Managed to get a lovely upper level 1 bedroom in Building 2 which is one of the... more

We were pleasantly surprised when we got here. We traded from a condo we owned in Maui. It wasnt available, so we traded for this place in Kauai. We read the reviews ahead of time and had very low expectations. Wow. Great, new accomodations. Flat screen TVs in Living room and bedroom. Huge bathroom with jacuzzi. Also a screened porch.... more

Traded in via RCI. Beautiful room and nice furnishings. Property seems to be built like a condo complex rather than a vacation resort. Nice grounds but lots of asphalt. Our unit overlooked the parking lot for the housekeeping staff, laundry and garbage collection. Trucks and their back up alarms begin everyday before the sun comes up. I think we were... more
