Me and my husband stayed at the Seaside hotel for 7 days. When we first got there we were told that parking by the hotel was $5 but that there was also a free parking lot behind the hotel. We saw a lot of cars parked at the free lot the first night, so we parked there too. The parking... more

We flew into Maui on a late flight, so rather than driving to Kaanapali, we decided to spend the first night on Maui at this hotel near the airport. The gals who registered us at the hotel were so genuinely sweet! The hotel was nice, but the staff made the difference in making our one night stay very special. I... more

this hotel is PERFECT for when you arrive in MAUI for example we arrived at 745 pm and was exhausted -it was great place to rest before heading out to the 5 star resort ( i figured when we were tired -jet lagged why pay $375 for one night when i could pay 100) anyways room was small but clean... more

When we made our reservations 7 months before our stay, their website said there was a complimentary breakfast each morning on the veranda. That was a major reason we chose that hotel. When we arrived, I asked about the breakfast and was told they now had a restaurant. There was nothing on their website about having to pay for parking,... more

This is just what we needed. We had a late flight and we needed a place to stay before we went to the condo. It was perfect for us. By staying in Kahaluli overnight we were able to get up refreshed in the morning and head over to Costco before our vacation began.(a little note on Costco. The prices are... more

We were looking for an affordable place in Maui for the week and this hotel was in a good location at a great price. The rooms were very basic, but that was all we needed. We were only at the hotel to shower and sleep. The staff was friendly and very helpful when we had questions. The neighborhood is safe... more

We had no problems at this clean, basic hotel! I felt at first like I had been transported back to the 1950s as far a decor. And, the fact that I had no hair dryer but an HDTV was really funny, too. That said, it was very clean, was safe, and was inexpensive. A friend of mine had booked this... more

We arranged to stay here for the one night before moving on to our nicer plans. That being said, it's clean and fine for a night's sleep. I was not impressed, however, with paid parking. Yes, it was only $4, but the idea was just plain dumb for approx. 20 parking spaces and three driving/security guards to make sure they... more

Although you're always warned ... "you get what you pay for" I thought this hotel was great for our purpose. We had a late late night flight, had to check out of our Ka'anapali beach resort early and wanted somewhere to rest, shower and walk the beaches one last time before heading for the frozen tundra. I have already booked... more

We had an early morning flight so booked here just for the night. Upon entering the parking lot, there were at least 4 people directing traffic to remote areas on the property even before we checked in! We had to leave our luggage in the car which, felt very unsafe. The lighting was horrible and there appeared to be no... more
