The Kamaole Nalu should be completely leveled and a new building built in it's place. The location is good but, the building is old and poorly maitained. We had an awful experience at the Kamaole Nalu UNIT 402. Upon arrival the unit was NOT clean, with sand, and dirty dishes, and dirty towels all through out the unit. I'm giving this a low score due to the unit itself (105) which is in dire need of upgrades. The entire condo, however, is older but in a great location and some of the units have been upgraded to really nice, clean vacation rentals. We stayed here for 2 week in August and found it a great place. Basic snorkling in front of the property and the beach is good. Lots of food options within walking distance. Will go again! more
