This was our third time staying at KKN in the past 3 years, in 4 different units (218,219,246,143). We rented all through an owners' website - http://www.ownersmaui.com . I have to say it was a pleasure dealing with these owners & the booking process was very easy. The condos were all as presented on their websites & quite comfortable -... More

We stayed in suite 247 Rented thur Bettie. She was very easy to deal with. The condo we stayed in was very nice, clean and everything we needed beach chairs, boogie boards. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils it was all redone inside. Great view , Great location close to Beach and shops. KKN Staff were very helpful... More

Condo #200, 2495 S Kihei Road, Kihei, HI My husband and got lucky and found this condo available for our recent (January 2012) 10 night stay in Maui after another Kihei Kai Nani condo we had rented turned out to not be what was advertised and we had to move. This owner was gracious enough to reschedule some maintenace work... More

First let me say we go to Maui 2 - 4 times a year for the last 12 years and always stay in Kihei. We've stayed in 8 or so other condo complexes and this is by far the worst condo we've stayed in. The only place we have stayed that is worse is the Maui Lu and that was... More

It cost us over $500 for find out that this "studio" advertised on VRBO is nothing like it is described nor is it in keeping with the quality of other condos we have rented at KKN. We rented from the owner for 10 nights in January but after arriving and finding the condo so dirty and in such bad shape... More

Overall, the room was nice, great location across from beach. 808 Deli is next door and has good, reasonable food. Now for the bad stuff, the residents at Kihei Kai Nani go out of their way to make you feel not welcome. The pool area is not actually a pool, no floaties, no balls, no toys, no games, no fun... First time to Maui and stayed here based on a colleague's recommendation (she's stayed twice at this same complex). Staying in Kihei is quite convenient to travel to other areas of the Island, as we had a rental car, but even if you don't, there's quite a bit along South Kihei Road within walking distance of Kihei Kai Nani. This... More

I have been to Maui 5 times, and stayed 4 times at the Kihei Kai Nani. The location in South Kihei is amazing. The complex is directly across from Kamaole 2. It is also right beside many amenities and restaurants. Units are individually owned, and are all different inside. I suggest staying on a lower floor because the units can... More

My husband and I had already done Wailea on our honeymoon and were returning for our 7 year. We really like Kihei and wanted to go inexpensive. Unit 204 in the Kihei Kai Nani was $99 a night in the off season and perfect for the price. Here's what we liked: clean room to start (no maid service), comfy bed... More

We are 2 Senior citizens( 74 and 65) that love Maui. We've been married 3 years and this is our 7th trip to Maui. Since we have a limited income we must be very frugal in our choices of lodgings and restaurants. $200 a night hotel rooms and $100 dinners are not in our budget. This time we stayed in... More
