Stayed at Building C, Room C-108 for your honeymoon. The room was fantastic, everything we could ask for. After ready some terrible reviews, I was not expecting much, but to my surprise it was very clean, clean, clean. No bugs! Lovely location, lovely island!! Kihei Akahi is lovely; directly across form glorious beach and walking distance to local market (perfect since we made use of the full kitchen). We stayed in B203 for a week in mid Feb. 2008. On the surface it is okay but it hasn't been deeply cleaned for years. We were very impressed with Kihei Akahi property and the unit we stayed in, C108. We booked directly with the owner Kathy who was very pleasant to work with from start to finish. Nov 2007 D313 basic clean with no bugs! Kitchen had limit supplies made meal prep a challenge. Quiet end of complex. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels (inc. beach). new carpet/tiles no other upgrades. In house laundry, very handy. Great view of ocean, sunsets. Recommend Fred's for breakfast and good Mexican. Tuesday tacos a must! more

I recently stayed in condo c309 in July 2006. It was great! The view was nice in the morning. The condo is right across the street from Kam II beach which is great for kids. The snorkling on the left hand side of the beach at the point can be excellent. In addition, my kids loved the boogie boarding there.... more
