My husband and I just spent 3 wks at the Maui Parkshore in Unit #114. This unit is located on ground level and is easily accessible. You don't have to climb stairs or take the elevator. The kitchen has just been remodelled and looks fantastic. All the amenities are there including washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We usually eat... more

Ah Maui....What a wonderful place. We've been going to maui and staying at the Mparkshore for the last 5 years. however, this year, our regular unit was booked out - so we found another through a friend. The parkshore has the best location IMO in Kihei, but i must admit that the unit we'd been staying at would never prompt... more

The location and view from the lanai were wonderful. The actual condo was very dated, I am sure it still had all original paint, cupboards, wall coverings and much of the furniture from the early 70s. The mirrored wall in the bathroom was a bit of a shock. We could have overlooked that, if the cleaning crew had done a... more

I stayed at the Parkshore in early November in a top floor unit on the pool corner near the street where the road noise was the greatest and was the only drawback in the stay for the 1st 2 days. A 10 minute walk will get you to anywhere needed for food, beaches etc., or the bus stops are outside the... more

We just spent 7 days at the Maui Parkshore> For the most part it was very pleasant. There were a few things that were kind of strange. The beds were very uncomfortable. Out of the 3 ceiling fans in our condo only 1 worked otherwise the condo was well furnished. If you go and arrive late in the day you... more

We've stayed at Mauiparkshore for the last 20 years. We love it here. It is away from all the busy tourist hotels and usually is nice and quiet. The location is excellent, it is right across from the beach and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The full kitchen makes it easy to make food and you... more

We stayed at the Maui Park Shore condo for 7 nights and we wanted out after the second. The problem was that we were in a 4th floor unit right next to the road. There is no air conditioning, nor is any needed as long as you keep the windows and lanai door open for ventillation. Kehei road is a... more

Stayed here at the end of June. Our unit had only 1 queen size bed in both bedrooms. We expected 1 king and 2 double beds..... We were 3 adults plus 1 child, so we had to use airbed. Luckily there was an airbed in the unit, but only manual! foot pump and the bed leaked a little and had... more

It's in an excellent location, facing the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing from your balcony/patio. All of these units are privately owned, and are not air-conditioned. Ours, although very comfortably furnished, had a non-functioning ceiling fan in the livingroom (a floor fan took the place of it), and the fan in one bedroom worked, but with a high... more

The Maui Parkshore is the perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the crowd and just relax. It is right accross from the beach and also has a lovely pool, BBQ area and grounds. Nothing fancy just peaceful. If you like to people watch or whale watch, this is the place. All Condos are the same... more
