The view from the lanai is one of the best in Maui. This is according to my cousin who lives on the island year round. It was really spectacular to see humpback whales right in front of the condo. The beach is lovely with soft warm clean sand and can provide a heathly walk down the path and around the hotels on the beach. However, we found the same issues as with the previous reviewer. The floor is old, beige and does not clean very well no matter how many time it is washed. Your feet actually get dirty walking on it!! We did not have a huge issue with the washrooms, however, the shower area in the master bedroom had hair in it and it wasn't mine!! If you stay two weeks, the cleaner will come at the beginning of the second week. We are returing this February (2009) again. I will bring my own cleaners as the view is too incredible to pass up! more
