Really enjoyed our stay in unit 218. The unit was great - A/C in the bedroom, though we hardly needed it. Fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry. There was a wireless router in the room but no instructions for connecting (password etc.) but it was easy enough to find unsecured networks from other rooms to connect to. Note to families... More

We have stayed at the Hale Kamaole three times and love it there. Its excellent location offers easy access to the beach, stores and restaurants. It is also only a short drive to the beaches and golf in Wailea. Easy access to the Piilani Highway allows quick access to other parts of the island. We love the comfortable atmosphere at... More

This was my 3rd stay at Hale Kamaole and my family always has a great time. It is a great. low-key family atmosphere with lots of room to run around. The grounds are beautifully maintained, sweeping lawns, two large pools and communal bbq pits for cooking and meeting your neighbors. You have views of the ocean on one side and... More

We stayed for a week in early October. Loved the place! Was right across the street from Kamaole Beach #3. You cross the street, walk across the large lawn, and there you are. Was able to snorkel right there. Great views of the sunset, too! The apartment was nice. Was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Washer and dryer in the unit... More

This year will be our 15th consecutive Christmas at Hale Kamaole. We have travelled extensively to various destinations and always compare our trips to Maui and Hale Kamaole - nothing compares! It truly feels like our home away from home. The location in our opinion is the best in Kihei. Directly across the street from Kamaole 3 - a great park/beach.... More

We found this condo on the internet and it looked nice but we had always stayed at hotels before. We loved this condo. It's across the street from the ocean, has 2 pools, and is an end unit so it's quiter. 2 bedrooms and a loft was perfect for us...this is our first time in Kihei so we have new... More

The Room: The room had everything we needed. Though it was located in the middle of the property, walking to the beach wasn't too long of a walk (and we have a 4 month old infant. Furniture and appliances were all up to date and the room was clean upon arrival.  Side note... There was construction outside our room for... More

We have stayed at this condo during numerous trips to Maui. Because we have 3 teens, we are always looking for accommodation with 3 bedrooms - not so easy to find. The 2 bedrooms with a loft work very well. Most of the 2 bdrm units have converted the loft to an additional bedroom. But do make sure to ask... More

We visited Maui for 10 nights and stayed at Hale Kamaole. We had a two bedroom and den, two bathroom condo. It had a great view of the pool and was well as the ocean. Its a quick walk to the beach - just cross South Kihei Road! It's one of the least expensive places for the area. It has... More
