We recently stayed here as part of a group business trip. Upon arrival they have "seamless check-in" which means that you check-in at the bell hop desk instead of the lobby. We loved the five nights that we stayed at the Sheraton in June 2009. This resort is located on the best section of Kaanapali Beach. The beach at the other end in front of the Hyatt was eroded / washed away. Our four year old son enjoyed the large lagoon style pool. The gardens and large lawn areas are beautiful.... more
