We stayed here for one night on Maui, because we wanted to be in the middle of things in Lahaina. Previously, we'd spent a week in a mid-level condo, which cost about the same ($125/night). If you can do without hotel and condo amenities, the Lahaina Inn is a very relaxing and atmospheric, even romantic choice. My husband really enjoyed... more

The rooms are very small and it`s gets really noisy at night. I forgot my brand new shirt in the closet and i asked the manager to mail it to me which i was willing to pay for shipping, i was sent instead a bra, woman panties and sunglasses...what a joke more

I wanted to be in downtown Lahaina for a short while. The Inn was perfect. The Inn is simple and centrally located--perfect as a launching point for Lahaina activities: scuba, surf lessons, bars and restaurants. The small beautifully restored rooms have comfortable beds. Spring the extra bucks for an ocean view balcony. Tori, the Inn Keeper was a font of... more

Can't say enough about this place. Quaint would be the perfect word. Stayed in resort for first 5 days, which was nice, but Lahaina Inn has a homey feel. It is like going back in time. Was greeted by Melinda, who was super friendly & gave off a good vibe. The owner, Tony (female) was there working on a saturday,... more

My wife and I stayed at Lahaina Inn for 2 nights on our honeymoon and had a great time. On arrival we were offered a great deal to upgrade to a suite so we did. To get to the rooms you have to go up fairly narrow stairs (so if mobility is a problem this probably isn't the place for... more

We were flying standby and booked at the Lahaina Inn the night we got into Maui. We got a great rate through Trip Advisor (I believe it sent us to a link at hotels.com) so that worked out nicely. The rooms are small and if you want the quieter room go for the side facing away from the main street,... more

We managed to get a 50% discount, for only $75/night. For spendy Maui, that is a great deal. It's smack in the middle of Lahaina town, right off the waterfront. No pool, but lovely plantation-style decor, including really cool rocking chairs on the porches. The place has a breakfast room with fridge and toaster, so you can cater your own... more

Staying at the Lahaina Inn is much like going back in time 40-50 years. And, this includes the friendly, neighborly hospitality and helping hand that we were accustomed to back then. If you are looking for a resort stay with all the extras or if you like condo style where you can cook, lie around, read and watch t.v., this... more

We just returned from our vacation to Maui and we stayed at the Lahaina Inn for 1 night. It is a small quaint hotel in the heart of Lahaina. We did not expect much, just a nice clean place to rest for the night, and we were not disappointed. The hotel and rooms are very simple and small (room #1),... more

Lahaina is a very unique little town anyway, and the Lahaina Inn fits perfectly with its surroundings. Very old, filled with anitiques, centrally located in the heart of of the little harbor town of Lahina. Late night check in consists of an envelope in your name on the front desk. If you want room service or personalized service, this is... more
