Well I won't totally sugar coat it, but here is the good: Very roomy, clean, partial ocean view on 4th floor gives you an excellent ocean/tree view(pleased) with good breeze. Open and airy. Kitchen very modern. Beds comfy. Grounds are beautiufl. We rented a two bedroom and got to lovely lanais with table/chairs on one and two chaises on other.... more

We were disappointed with the quality of the building. We upgraded to an ocean front and still ended up with an outdated room. The interior amenities were old. From carpet to sofa. The bathroom was small, had no exhaust fan, and the shower tub needed new caulking. The location was ok, if you rented a car. There are no "good"... more

We recently stayed here for 6 days. First we couldn't be happier with the location, since it's right on the water, and only 5-8 minutes by car to Lahaina, or Kapulua Beach. We've stayed here twice now and have found the Paki Maui to be a good choice for us. It's located on a side street away from the hubbub of Lahaina/Kaanapali but close enough if you want to go there. There are a couple of good places to eat within easy walking distance. It's also close to the beautiful Kapalua/Napili area.... more

Maui undoughtedly is the most beautiful place on earth we have ever been to! So many places to go and see. The drive on 30 west to get to our condo at Aston Paki Maui was gorgeous. One of the greatest things I remember when we first arived at Paki Maui was the smell of all of the beautiful flowers.... more

I stayed here in February of 2008. We were given I believe Room 110 "Ocean View". Well, the building is curved and Room 110 is the first room on the curve, so "Ocean View" is misleading because the only way to see the ocean was out on the lanai, through the bushes, so forth.
