The Outrigger is in a good location near the center of Lahaina, and just a few minutes walk to Front Street. Front Street is where the bars, restaurants and shops are all located. We arrived with a large suitcase each since we were in Hawaii for over 2 weeks. Be aware that this place does not have a lift /... more

We (party of 6) stayed at this hotel last week for 4 nights. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo (unit# I-204). Checkin was smooth, but key cards did not work when we first tried. Had to drive back to the reception to get help. They re-keyed the cards and sent a security guard to help out. This time the... more

If you are booking this hotel..stop!! They offered a come-on rate( Aloha rate) it is their Studio-Condo (no metion or picture of the studio on their sight(said Queen bed)..because when they redid the rooms to condos they chopped the size so bad for the studio that the queen bed is sideways against the wall. The headboard is on the wall... more

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and the Outrigger was certainly a big part of that experience. The condo was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained and beautiful as well. My only complaint is actually a huge one. There were roaches in the condo and me being from WA state, I have never had to "deal" with... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Aina Nalu May 9th - May 16th. We paid for a studio, but upon arrival, we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom at no charge! Perfect! We were away from the busy roads so it was very quiet, on the first floor. We loved the room, very clean, comfortable, with everything we needed.... more

I stayed here for 10 nights but i can honestly say i felt at home after the 1st night. For my 1st trip to Hawaii, i have to say that this is probably the best location to stay, in terms of practically. You no more than 10 minute walk away from the town friendly town centre, so its soo easy... more

Unfortunately we were only in Maui for 3 days. However we had a wonderful stay at Ainu Nalu. We were greeted with ice cold water at the reception desk. Thank you- we needed it! 1 block to all the shops/restaurants/grocery in Lahaina. The condo was perfect, 2 bedroom/2 bath. Heather (concierge) helped plan our short stay and did a wonderful... more

The resort itself is perfectly nestled within a quiet Lahaina neighborhood. Noise was a non-issue for us. In case you want a room with little or no noise, I suggest booking a room on the second floor and away from the parking lot, highway or the pool. The room was modernly decorated with a definite Hawaiian feel. Hawaiian-themed photo prints... more

This was the best part of our whole trip. The staff was great, the room wonderful, and the location quite convienient. There is no view to speak of, but who cares? We didn't stay there for the view anyway. We loved this place and used it for our home away from home the entire stay. Don't bother with a time... more

Lahaina has less hotel options compared to other areas of Maui, so Aina Nalu is well situated if you plan to make this your home base. Just view the whole facility like a bunch of bungalow buildings, with a certain number of rooms on 1st and 2nd floors. Due to possible down times, we actually got upgraded from a studio... more
