Our room was very dirty. I walked across the floor in my barefeet on the day we checked in you could feel the dirt on the floor and my feet became black. We had to request that they clean the floor. The sofa had a very musty smell and the vent in the bathroom was full of dirt. There was a piece of a tile missing in the shower that had a piece of cloth stuffed in the hole. We had booked the Royal Lahaina but instead were given a standard room in the Hale Kaanapali. There was no view. We looked out at the fence for the luau area. The room was supposed to have a clock radio, we had to request that from the front desk.

If we return to Maui we would definitly not stay there again.
