Loved this property! Very roomy condos and super friendly staff. They went out of their way to upgrade our room from a 1 bedroom condo to a 2 bedroom for only $30 more per night. The beach is nice and sandy and has good snorkeling. Very family friendly. Would recommend to families with children. Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed everything! We especially enjoyed our beautiful views from our balcony of the lovely grounds and the ocean. We had a one bedroom unit and our daughter and her family had a two bedroom unit right next door. I don't quite get the negative reviews. This is a 3 1/2 - 4 star resort on the northern part of kaanapali beach and the value priced room rates reflect this. The grounds are immaculate the pools are cleans and big enough - and for the people who complain that they do not have the 10 acre lagoon type pools... More

Both of the rooms offered were too musty for human habitation and resulted in our walking away despite prepayment (refund refused absolutely by the office manager) and staying in a clean and comfortable Marriott property nearby. The experience was so unreasonable and unpleasant we wouldn't consider any of the properties in this group in the future.
