Pros: the beach is steps away, is clean, sandy, and semi-private. The staff is friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The grounds are immaculate. Parking is easy and plentiful. On site store is well stocked. On site restraaunt is good and not too expensive ($10 for a burger and fries that will cost about the same at Carl's on Maui).... more

The resort was actually nice, but I have 2 disappointments. First, when I made a reservation I asked and paid for an ocean view and got a slight view of an ocean behind the parking lot and the trees. Aston kaanapali Villas appears nice at first but declines quickly. The room was perfect with big balcony and nice updated kitchen and bathroom. the stuff was friendly though we did not use much of the service. My son and I really liked Studio that we stayed in. We were there from May 29th till June 4th. It was so relaxing it was not your typical busy resort. The condo we were in was clean and could not have asked for better service from the front desk. more
