Big rooms and right on the ocean. Beach isn't the best but not bad. Views are great from ocean front/view rooms. Friendly staff. We've stayed here 7 times. No air conditioning but was rarely an issue with ocean breezes. We always have the 2 bedroom unit.

We first stayed at the Sands with our 2 children over 10 years ago. My daughter literally found the place on the internet when we asked her to find a 2 BR in Maui for under $x. She came back in 15 minutes withthe Sands and we booked.

Wow - all I can say is big, big, big!! Out three bedroom condo at Sands of Kahana was the largest vacation property I've ever stayed in! It could have been 2500 sq feet!
