Wow! What a dream destination. We stayed in unit I-1 which had a beautiful ocean view from a wrap-around screened in porch (this is a corner unit). The unit was spacious, complete with cathedral ceilings and multiple glass doors that folded to give us a very open feel to the porch. It was tastefully decorated and included updated appliances. The... more

Sitting here watching the sunset over the ocean from K-2 couldn't be sweeter. After leaving the hectic pace of Maui we are really enjoying the laid back pace of Molokai. Each day we have wandered down to play golf (tee times no problem! and the price is right!) at the Kaluokai Golf course. It is true each condo is very... more

We had a wonderful vacation at Paniolo Hale. The grounds were lovely, the pool never crowded and our unit cool and peaceful. There are no geckos in Canada; we enjoyed them and understand they keep down bugs which exist in great numbers in all tropical climates. You don't need to worry about stepping on them. They move far faster than... more

We stayed in unit I-2. The next door neighbor kept walking past our doorway trying to peek in, smile and say "hello." Despite her apparent friendly concern; we would've appreciated the privacy that we had gone there to enjoy. Paniolo Hale I-2 was a big spacious screened, enclosed studio. However, there were ants all over the kitchen and bath counters... more

We stayed at unit F2 of the Paniolo Hale during the last week in January. It is a one bedroom two bath middle condo with screened in lanai and an extra double bed in the living room. The good: spacious with a great ocean view, comfortable furniture (especially the bed), upgraded appliances (including a Maytag Neptune washer/dryer), cable TV with... more

I am from Pacific Beach, CA and my experience at Paniolo Hale was quite different from the previous reviewer. "Dizzycattus" is right - the units are individually owned and all units will give you something different. So I just wanted to put in a plug for the unit I stayed in - Unit I-3. We were there in the begiining... more

The Paniolo Hale complex is a great place. It's location is perfect and the condos are spaced for maximum privacy. Each condo, though, is owned by different people so can be very different from each other. We stayed in the H2 condo. Though the space and view was great, this place has not been updated in 30 years (nor cleaned).... more

I booked this condo as part of my honeymoon trip to Hawaii. When we arrived to the condo, there were are couple of dead roaches on the floor, but I was hoping that that would be it, on the third day they started to come out in great numbers that was when we were leaving. Panilo Hale is located too... more

We chose Molokai for our getaway trip, and let me tell you we got away from it all! Paniolo Hale is our new home away from home. Molokai in general was hard to leave, but we also got the pleasure of staying at a place that made it all worthwhile. The condos are clean & beautiful, and decorated by the... more

Sunset dining on my own private oceanfront lanai. It doesn't get any better than this. I have been to this place four times already this year and each time the beaches have a different look to them. I just returned from Paniolo Hale this past weekend and this time Kepuhi Beach, which is only a couple minutes walk from my... more
