1. Early check in request was denied. I was travelling w/ my elderly parents and my young son. My father is a stroke patient who tires easily. Was told to come back at 3 p.m. I would have liked to have been accomodated with this request. 2. My father slipped and fell in the bathtub. I requested bath mats and... more

We traveled with 7 in our group, including 5 children. This place is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. 1300 square feet. 2 levels, a king, bunk bed, pull out couch and two twin beds. The owner has taken excellent care of the condo. It is immaculate and well taken care of. It has a great washer and... more

This one bedroom unit had a view of the golf course and a distant view of the ocean from 1 window. It was extremely quiet. We opened the windows on each end of the unit and the cross-breeze cooled the bedroom and living room even though it got to 88 degrees. We didn't need to run the air conditioning at... more

Our experience with the Estates at Turtle Bay was disappointing. We reserved Turtle Bay 012 West, only to be informed a week later that 012 West was no longer on the rental market, so we were involuntarily reassigned to 046 West. 046 West was advertised as a very recently-remodeled unit with high-speed Internet, an absolutely essential amenity for two working... more

This is a wonderful option for those wishing to stay on the north shore of Oahu. It is very inexpensive for what you get and the only other options are high priced rooms, cottages or villas of the Turtle Bay Resort. Our condo was huge - master bedroom with king temperpedic bed and private bath with shower. The second bath... more

We had a wonderful time at Kulima Estates West #64. We booked it throught VRBO.com. (It's listed as #149628). If you want to go to Turtle Bay Resort on the North Shore of Ohau and don't want to pay the high prices, this is the way to go. This is a beautiful condo that sleeps 4-6, is exceptionally clean, tastefully... more

We made a reservation in May to stay in a condo at the Turtle Bay Estates in Dec. In September we got a better deal to stay in a house on the ocean through a family friend. We called to cancel the reservation the first week of Oct. In Dec they still had not refunded our deposit and they sent... more

Our 2nd floor unit (28w) overlooked the first hole which provided great breakfast views of the golfers and (a negative) early morning noise from mowing of the fairway. You can easily walk to the golf clubhouse (3 min.) and the Turtle Bay beach (<10 min.). The noisy garbage truck came well before 7 a.m. The unit is decently clean and... more

We stayed at the Estates at Turtle Bay #147 EAST. We had a GREAT time. If I would do it all over again I would still rather stay at the condos v Turtle Bay Resort. I payed half the price for the condo v resort. I also had 2 full bathrooms, a fully equiped kithchen, and it was quiet. We... more
