Stayed there for 3 nights and with an awesome ocen view room facing the water.. Although it was on a different bay from the main shopping/dining strip, it was easy access to downtown Tumon. The pool closed @ 9pm but the gym was 24 hours so there's always a way to get active. Service was great also, with shuttle bus... more

My wife and I have previously stayed at the Hyatt Regency, Marriott, and Nikko Hotels in Guam, and the Sheraton Laguna Guam beats them all. This was by far the best hotel I have been in Guam. I am a H member and Marrioot Rewards Plat. However I tried Sheraton Laguna Guam and found it peacful, relaxing and staff very hospitable. They have the best service and top it all, check out the Ansgna Spa, just thinking about the massage , I think I need... more

I have traveled the world and stayed at many resorts and this was by far the worse... Anything that could go wrong went wrong... The hotel staff are not friendly but not rude. Just a hotel has no character.. you cannot ask for more... the room is ok but not good... it's hard to ask for a double room with one large bed... they said they only have 7 out of 200 rooms which have one king size bed... it surprised me... the breakfast... more

After a gruelling two days of travel from New York to go to Thailand, we had to re-route to Guam on a split second decision once landing in Japan to discover that Thailand was closed due to political uprising. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Guam Sheraton. It's not Four Seasons or Ritz. For USD200/night, it's a decent place. The room is nicely appointed, and the lunch buffet is outstanding. Pools at Guam Hyatt are beautifully landscaped, but they are too small and crowded for serious swimmers. I'd highily recommend Guam Sheraton to those who want to get away... more
