The Hilton is still a gorgeous hotel, I love the location, the restaurants are great, the only problem is the beds were extremely hard. I flew in from the mainland, so right there is a 15 - 16 hour flight, I was looking forward to a comfy bed to get some rest so that I could enjoy my stay on... more

First, I work for a large international airline and travel quite extensively worldwide. Having said that, most of the bad hotels I run into are not Hilton's - so this brand being associated with this particular property is quite misleading to anyone looking to stay here. Avoid the midlevel wing rooms above the front desk area, as these are where... more

I stayed at the Hilton Guam during a 20-hour layover en route to another Pacific island. It was a completely satisfying experience for this purpose. The shuttle van to the hotel was waiting for me when my flight landed, and there was a staff member holding a sign in the waiting area outside of customs. I had no trouble finding... more

I live in Guam with my husband and since it's such a small place, we are determined to stay in all of the major hotels located in Tumon before we leave. We have stayed at the Hilton twice since we've been on island and really enjoy it. The hotel is a bit far from the main part of Tumon, but... more

Hotel just completed a renovation so rooms are for the most part nicely updated. Bathrooms, however, are still dated, but not too bad. Compared to the Marriott, the rooms are way better at the Hilton. Internet is $12 per day. Restaurants are a bit expensive compared to in the 50 states, but there are many restaurants giving guests a nice... more

Continental airlines always overnights flights between the US and Asia on Guam. We have always stayed at the Hilton, on a club floor. It's an attractive hotel. The executive rooms are adequate but nothing special. The club room is fairly small but fine and the coctail hour and breakfast food is pretty good. There is a large restaurant on the... more

Stayed at the Hilton Guam 3-6 September 2006. They cater primarily to the Japanese and their "remodeled" rooms have the hardest mattresses that money can buy, because the Japanese like very hard mattresses. If you are an American, do yourself a favor and stay at the Marriott or Hyatt. They had to put several comforters on the bed before I... more

The Hotel staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The service in the restaurants varied from good to excellent. Cleanliness of the hotel property varied widely. The breakfast restaurant floor was never clean and the table surfaces were always sticky. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection from which to choose and included most asian breakfast essentials. The "hot" food... more

I stayed at the Hilton back in 2000 and noticed that nothing has changed in almost 6-years upon my return. If you want new and luxurious, I recommend the Guam Hyatt. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is clean, the staff friendly and can offer a good value for your money. But it misses the ambiance a tropical hotel should... more

Picked this hotel primarily because it was a Hilton. Flew to Guam from Tokyo, where I had been staying at the Tokyo Hilton. The differences were so profound, I couldn't believe they could be the same Hilton hotel company! The Guam Hilton has a tower, and two mid-level buildings. I was assigned to a mid-level building. Found out that the... more
