We recently returned from our trip to guam. We had moved to the westin after 2 horrible nights at the royal orchid and what a difference it was. The rooms were clean as has always been at starwood properties for me. The service was great. For an oceanview room on a starwood preferred guest floor , we got the 17th... more

My home away from home for almost 6 years of travel to Guam. The staff and I have somewhat become friends. Always a warm, “Welcome home”. What this hotel lacks in newness, it makes up for in hospitality and warmth. Every stay has been a memorable experience. This island and hotel hold many memories for me. When on Guam, there... more

First, I would like to say that I have stayed at five stars, four....down to bottom star. I am a seasoned traveler. I like the Westin. It isn't special. It is OK. The rooms are nice, and the beds are nice....soft. I wouldn't have that bed in my home, but I slept like a baby. It freaking rocks. HERE comes... more

We moved to the Westin after being at Leo Palace in Yona. I was very happy to arrive to a room (smaller than the Leo Palace) where the beds were like floating on clouds compared to the last beds we slept on. The room appeared to be clean when we arrived, but after spending some time there I noticed stains... more

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Westin. It was a very good experience. We bought a last-minute package (hotel and air) from Japan and because it was a sale we were not able to select the type or location of the room. We were happy to find that we were on the 18th floor (of... more

Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, but the view somewhat limited due to the unique shape of the hotel building. One always has a kind of partial ocean view with a full frontal view of another hotel (which was just under construction at the time). The 'heavenly bed' is... more

We were very impressed with the hotel when we first checked in. I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews here, but the lobby was clean and spacious and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Our room was on the lowest level (6th floor) but was still large and clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable... more

Stayed at the Westin Guam in January 2009 for 5 nights with family. Room was on 15th floor with direct view of the mountain from the room. On the balcony, you can see a shopping plaza to the right, and a view of the beautiful blue ocean to the left (as well as view of the Nikko Hotel). The room... more

my husband and i paid a premium (almost double the internet rates of other hotels at USD195.00 per night) expecting to stay at a nice hotel. our first view of the hotel upon arrival at 4 in the morning was pretty disappointing. staff was not really all that welcoming and the lobby smelled damp. the front desk staff also told... more

My wife and I chose Guam for our short 5 days honey moon exotic trip and booked this hotel as part of a full package holiday, departing from Japan. We really loved this hotel. We did not book any special honey moon package so we were accommodated in a standard double room that was spacious and clean. Big Screen TV... more
