Conveniently located in Bar Harbor, the cottages are cozy, neat and comfortable. The kitchenette is a savior in case of emergencies like reheating food, refrigerating, etc. We kind of loved the cute little bathroom. It is a perfect stay after a long day at the Acadia National Park. I have had an additional good experience with them. Forgot two books...

Our bright white cottages are gathered on a grassy meadow looking out at the tranquil bay in Salsbury Cove, part of Bar Harbor's popular Frenchman's Bay. Our 14 classic housekeeping cottages are tidy and comfortable with kitchenettes and private baths, ideal for a couple of nights or an entire week in the Bar Harbor region. Our setting is quiet, with private shore access for our guests. Chairs, picnic tables and fire pits grace our lawns, and provide a pleasant setting to enjoy your morning coffee or roast some marshmallows and reflect on your day's adventures. Families enjoy our cottages, especially the 2 bedroom cottages that offer more space for everyone and beautiful views of the cove. Couples enjoy our one room cottages with a private bath, cable TV, kitchenette, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and electric cook top. A BBQ area with gas grills is available if you would like to cookout. We provide free Wi-Fi on the property so you can stay in touch while you enjoy your getaway to Bar Harbor.Our cottages are an easy 5 minutes to Acadia National Park gates and just 10 minutes from Bar Harbor's downtown restaurants, shops, and tours. Guests are welcome to bring their own kayak or canoe to launch right from our shore access. Don't forget bikes to tour the 45-miles of carriage roads of Acadia National Park and surrounding area.
