This place is simple, well maintained and clean--and I mean CLEAN. The bed was good and the kitchenette was functional for simple meals. We picked up a rotisserie chicken & some frozen veggies at the grocery store in town for a delicious & cheap meal. The buildings sit away from the road & there are big pines in the "front... More

Nice hotel. The rooms weren't fancy but we also weren't looking for any fancy. It is lose to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. They are easy to get to from the hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool whicj was very clean. I hate going to outdoor motel pools and finding them dirty. We would definately stay there again.

This motel is near Acadia National Park. Rooms are simple. Rooms have direct access to the outside and you can park your car to the designated spot in front of you room. There are picnic tables on the grounds and a pool at he back. It was nice to sit outside. There's no breakfast, but we enjoyed eating our food... More

I would definitely stay here again. If you don't mind not being in the center of Bar Harbor, this is a great motel. Heated pool, a/c, microwave, fridge and close to the entrance to Acadia and only a short drive to Bar Harbor. The fridge seemed to malfunction and froze some of beverages causing a can of soda to blow... More

The setting and location are definitely a plus. Listening to the breeze through the pines is so relaxing. A very easy drive to town with mini golf, ice cream, and a local lobster shack nearby (less than 1/8 mi. walk). Rooms are bright and very clean. Heat, AC, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, the large TV and WiFi all worked well.... More

The room was small and dated, but generally clean. Both heat & A/C worked okay. In room fridge worked fine. The TV was small, but was a flat screen. The WiFi worked okay, but slow. The pool was still closed during our visit. Outside the rooms were chairs and picnic tables, this gave the place a bit of a campground... More

Very clean, good value - not expensive as other places, very nice staff but there was no telephone (in my room anyway. A payphone is available in the lobby). So if you want a telephone or any kind of water view, you may want to stay elsewhere. Nice location if you don't like hubbub.
