I can see why some people have written negative reviews about the Chiltern Inn, but I disagree. We arrived around 3:00 pm to find no one around. We reserved a room at this inn and made our other plans around that resevation. The property is indeed one of the nicest B&B properties we've ever visited; however, it is marred by the management's disinterest in their guests.
