We stayed late in the season in the Stenna Nordica building for 2 nights. Our room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the balcony and fireplace. The vanity in the bathroom was huge and was a plus for my teenage daughter and I when we were getting ready in the morning. Even the little toiletries they provided were of... more

I've stayed at the Bluenose Inn- both in the Stenna Nordica and the Mizzentop rooms for business. Both were great rooms and far ABOVE the quality of the"Holiday Inn". After staying there and exploring the area and facilities first hand I knew that the Bluenose was where I wanted to have my wedding. I met with Maria the wedding coordinator... more

My husband and I love this hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor of the Mizzentop building. The view was amazing. Since it was late in the year, it gets dark early and my husband took some really neat night time photos from the balcony. We woke up to a beautiful sky in the morning and watched as the Queen... more

My wife and I stayed at the Bluenose Inn for two nights, the second of which was our 35th wedding anniversary. We had booked a room on the top floor of the Stenna Nordica building (described by others here as the Holiday Inn building) for $239 per night + $33.60 tax. Our room (322) had a nice full view of... more

We stayed two nights on the 4th floor in a suite with a fireplace and balcony, It was lovely. We watched the sun come up over the harbor from our balcony, We had a room service breakfast of blueberry pancakes and eggs, that kept us full for the entire day. Stayed at the Bluenose for 3 nights on a trip around New England. The room (3rd floor of the main Mizzentop building) was fine. No problems and a fantastic view. The staff in the hotel were fine, friendly and helpful, but dining arrangements left a little to be desired. The restaurant is about 150 - 200 yards away up a... more

We only stayed one night at the hotel. It was the most affordable and the reviews seemed good. The room was not in the main building. Interestingly enough, my husband’s credit card number was stolen while we were vacationing during this time. The hotel was the only place that we gave our personal info too, including our address, so it... more

We stayed 2 nights in the Mizzentop Suites on the 4th floor. The room was beautiful! We had a spectacular view of Frenchman's Bay from our private balcony. The fireplace was perfect for relaxing on the cool nights. You won't mind having to drive to town when you return each day to these accommodations. more

We purchased the Autumn Delight Six Night Package which included six nights lodging, breakfast each morning for 2, dinner two evenings and an activity of choice. We totally enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the top floor of the Stenna Nordica building. The room was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. There were feather pillows, beddings & comforters. The view... more

We stayed for one night on our trip of New England and were very disapponted when we discovered that we had booked a room, not in the main building, which is shown on the website, but a rather run down looking structure behind it. It had carpet on the outside stairs which was worn and filthy. The carpet on the... more
