We felt like we were home, the room was nicely decorated, very clean, complete amenities, comfortable, lots of windows . Personnels were great, Front Desk agents were excellent, Location was perfect , close to restaurants and bus stops.I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly love to come back and stay here again....

Dirty, holes in blankets, slats on windows missing, continental breakfast consists of sliced white bread and some hard boiled eggs. On the good side, the front desk was extremely nice and helpful calling taxis, vans, etc. Location was good, though.

Great quaint-looking rooms in a good location, but alas -- the noise from Lombard Street traffic makes the quaintness short-lived, especially around 3 AM. The breakfast is mediocre at best, but for a last-minute spot for a couple of nights, one could probably do much worse.

Stayed for 3 nights and absolutely love it! It may be worn down but then again, you just need a bed to sleep in and a nice bathroom cause you'll be spending the whole day sightseeing anyways. great location near fun fashionable safe marina district and cow hollow. Decent breakfast w eggs, yogurt, fruit. my room was cheery and sunny w/operable windows and not too bad on noise.
