“poor service”

I tried to call the front dest, but even can't find the hotel number on the key cover. Finally I searched online and found it, but the front dest on duty at noon on May 9,2013 wasn't frendly and unwilling to help. The person who cleaned my room threw my personal stuffes and denied.

We stayed here as a family with 2 daughters (11 & 13) over Easter, and we felt the service was welcoming and our toilet also backed up and they fixed it straight away. Easy to access, clean, friendly staff, gym, pool... I was satisfied during the stay. But one thing I didn't like. They should have the refrigerator in all rooms. Because there is no convenience store near the hotel.
