The only negative thing I really have to say about the hotel is the parking. The parking space is very small and after 10pm dont even think about trying to leave! The room was clean and quite nice. Hotel is in a pretty decent location to get to the main San Francisco sights, easy walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf. Had a bit of a problem with my credit card getting charged twice, the staff were quite unhelpful and flat out denied it could have happened - it's sorted out now. more

Stayed at this hotel from 9th till 11th June 2008. Its just a shack where you can throw your back and snore off. Nothing much to tell home about. Rooms are nice, newly renovated and clean. However the first night we got their the room has been slightly used. (Trash and bed askew towel used). Not sure what that was about. Parking is a challenge here, you have to get in early or else leave your keys with hotel staff. Elevator is old, slow and sometimes not in use.... more
