This is undeniably the best location in the city and the hotel has no shortcomings. The doorman graciously greets you and the staff is intelligent and competent. I would stay here again whenever given the opportunity. more

The Marriott in San Francisco was absolutely fabulous - It made our trip to San Francisco worthwhile for their service, comfort and excellent style. Their standards are the best. more

The hotel was updated and presented itself very well. Check in was smooth and staff accommodating. Rec'd our paper each morning (I'm a stickler about that). Didn't use room service so I cannot comment on that. The only complaint I had was the noise that woke me up each morning between 5:15-5:30am! Loud banging, couldn't tell where it was coming... more

One of the best hotel in San Francisco. You can take Bart train from airpot to Powell Union Square station and within the walking distant to the hotel. You never have to worry about rental car parking, it has great service, and very close to all shopping center. more

This newly renovated hotel was wonderful. It felt more like a W Hotel than a Marriott. The rooms were huge for San Francisco and the location was great. The decor was wonderful, beds were super comfy, and the bathroom was luxurious. Great hotel, great location. more

My 16 year old daughter, her friend and her friends mom decided to do a short, one night trip to San Francisco. We stayed here only because we were able to get a family rate due to my friends son works with an affiliate hotel. Being that the rooms normally go for $250 on up, I might not stay there... more
