What can I say, stayed two nights in room 262 interior courtyard, room very quiet and bed extremely comfy, this was early in May before joining cruise ship to Alaska. “You have read it before, but this is great place...”

Not the average large hotel, but a smaller boutique hotel (I prefer these over the larger chains). On the expensive side but if you can swing it it is worth it. Great staff, unique building, close to everything on wharf, walk to anywhere... I do not know if they have spa/pool (so I rated them average)

mini stay for 4 days- perfect location on Fishermans Wharf. Adjacent to Maritime Museum, across from cable car turn around, 1 block from Ghiardelli Square . Had a room with 2 queen beds- lovely, brick walls, beams in room from original cannery. Would not pay extra for a room "with a view" as there are 4 floors in the building... More

“Excellent location and worth the money”

Recently stayed here for a week. It is not a cheap hotel, but is a fantastic place to stay. Friendly welcoming service. Pet friendly (with some amazingly well behaved dogs) and offering free wine tasting every day between 5 and 6 are great little touches. Stayed here for two nights at the start of our holiday. Upgraded to a suite which was lovely with jacuzzi bath and views over alcatraz. One of the best hotels we stsyef in on our three week trip. Free beer and wine between five and six too
