I stayed here two nights, one with my sister and her husband and one by myself (same room). I chose the hotel because it is next to the Millennium restaurant where we were attending a wedding (their hotel does not have rooms with two beds). This is one of the many small hotels that have been renovated and turned into... more

My husband and I went to the Adagio to see if they could help us. The response we received was absolutely outstanding. We would like to compliment Kier for her wonderful assistance. She managed to find us a lovely room, including a complementary bottle of wine! Every person we dealt with at the Adagio was friendly and effecient. I can't... more

The hotel is architecturally beautiful. It's tastefully decorated, and it is definitely roomy for downtown hotels. It's very close to market street and everything around. It is great accomodation especially we were out in the city during the day, and only stayed in the hotel at night. more

Very unfriendly stuff. The heating didn't work the first night and the room was freezing. There are better hotels in the area for the same money o even less. Bad experience. more

Our room was lovely, loved the feel of it and and it was cleaned and bed made daily. Only grumble would be the loud music and subsequent late night revellers coming from the bar across the street until very late into the night. Staff were friendly, glad to help with advice on where to eat etc, plus we used some... more

We stayed for three nights over Thanksgiving. We chose an Executive room (higher floors) and were on the 12 floor - the higher you go the quieter the room. The street noise can get bothersome. Very clean and well furnished rooms - although we had trouble with the tv and the local stations not being operational (something to do with... more

On a road trip around CA we landed in this comfy hotel: nice design, clean, well located nearby shopping area (Union square), China Town and two streets from Ruby Skye nightclub. We had a car so it was no problem to move around in town. Really liked it and will for sure come back :-) Stefania more

This hotel is screaming "AVERAGE" in every sense... room, decor, location, service and cleanness. So average that I am not inspired to write this review but decided to because I hope it may help. Upsides: Free fruits (big pile of apples), coffee and tea all day near the elevator. The lobby looks chic and well maintained. Downside: Underneath the SOBE... more

From the minute we entered The Hotel Adagio we knew we were in good hands! The lobby was beautiful and the front desk staff was awesome! Steve, the bellman gave us lots of great suggestions of places to visit and Neera(spelling?) at the front desk was so sweet and excited for our girls weekend. She got us on the vip... more

Hotel is located quite close to a metro station and a Westfield shopping centre which has a very good food hall, also close to Union Square but this means it is also close to the run down area of Tenderloin and the famous Eddys street (2 blocks south) which is home to a large majority of homeless people. We had... more
