The hotel is architecturally beautiful. It's tastefully decorated, and it is definitely roomy for downtown hotels. It's very close to market street and everything around. It is great accomodation especially we were out in the city during the day, and only stayed in the hotel at night. more

Very unfriendly stuff. The heating didn't work the first night and the room was freezing. There are better hotels in the area for the same money o even less. Bad experience. more

Our room was lovely, loved the feel of it and and it was cleaned and bed made daily. Only grumble would be the loud music and subsequent late night revellers coming from the bar across the street until very late into the night.
