this is my second stay at the Vitale. the staff are kind, chatty and welcoming. We arranged everything including a meal at 'Spruce' through Keith the concierge before our stay. Amazing staff at this peaceful oasis in the city. Stayed in the circular suite - amazing views and a bathtub in the room to enjoy them in. I love the location of this hotel. Go to the ferry building to wander around or take a ferry. more

This hotel was a little pricey, but totally worth it! The view was lovely. The room was impeccable, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only wish we could have stayed more than one night! more

Stayed here as part of our Calfornian road trip for our honeymoon. Fantastic hotel whose web site does not do its rooms justice. We were upgraded to a fantastic room facing the Bay Bridge. Much better location being near the Ferry Building than inland or near Fishermans wharf. more
