Overall, a great hotel - the room was excellent with very comfortable bed and an outstanding bathroom. I was here for a conference and food throughout was great. High quality throughout with a helpful staff.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It did not disappoint. It was every thing I expected from a St Regis. Great room. Great hotel. Great staff. The only issue was the street noise. I was on the 6th floor and the noise kept me up most of the night.

I would love to say I love this place but it was pretty average. The staff is rushed and not very personal. The decor is a bit like Neiman-Marcus circa 2000 with a subtle modern flair but not much to distinguish it from an office lobby downtown. Rooms are clean and functional. Bar is fun.
