I really wanted to like this hotel more. Unfortunately, there were too many little things that added up. Had two rooms with my family but they couldn't put us on the same floor. Location is perfect for foot travel to many of the cities sites. The service was fabulous, with a friendly, helpful, and courtesy staff. The room was comfortable and the view from the roof top garden of the city both daytime and nightime is awesome. The hotel is definitely a must when visiting San Francisco. more
